We aim to make paying for lessons simple and predictable. Here’s how our monthly payments work;
Your First Month’s Payment
Your first payment will cover your initial booking period and will vary by pool and the number of swim weeks available.
Ongoing Monthly Payments
After the initial payment, your payments switch to monthly due on the 1st. This means your spot in the class is always guaranteed.

Monthly Payment FAQs
Once you’ve booked your lessons, visit My Water Babies our online portal for bills, receipts and everything related to your account.
Because every Water Babies franchise is independently run, lesson prices vary based on your nearest pool, the day of the week and your class time. Our prices range from 32.99-38.99 plus HST per lesson.
To find the exact price for your area, enter your post code and your child’s date of birth into our Class Finder at the top of the page. You’ll be able to select your pool, view timetables and submit an inquiry. We aim to get back to you within 1 business day.
You’ll just need to give us a call or email to let us know if you want to stop your lessons, this will be in line with your notice period (one full calendar month’s notice). For example if you cancel on the 29th September, your last lesson would be the end of October.
All Water Babies customers pay for their swimming lessons by monthly payment. This allows for manageable and flexible payments. We don’t offer alternative payment options.
A Team represents where your little one is in their swimming journey with Water Babies, with our littlest water babies starting with Team Pearl, and our big water babies swimming in Team Finn.
We want to make paying for our lessons simple and easy for our swimmers! Rather than paying for three months at a time, we offer pre-authorised debit (and credit card) payments that allow lesson fees to be spread evenly across the month you’re with us. It also saves you the time and thought of having to remember to manually make payments!

It is your responsibility to update your card details to ensure payments are being taken from a valid card. You can update your card details in your ‘My Water Babies’ online account.
If you have a gift card, please let your local office know and they’ll deduct the voucher amount from your first few lessons for you. You’ll be swimming through the number of lessons the gift card covers before your monthly payments begin once the card runs out. Please note all gift cards purchased on the online store are only for products.
All Water Babies customers will pay for their swimming lessons monthly by pre-authorised debit or credit card. Your monthly payments will be made on the 1st of each month for the number of lessons scheduled for that month.
The Swimvincibles are a team of swimming superstars, who head up our swim Teams at Water Babies. They’ll inspire and guide your little one through their swimming journey with us. Starting with Pearl for our new baby classes through to Saffi, Echo, Sculli, and finally Finn, as you head for independent swimming!
