Learning to swim has never been so immersive
Our Oceans of Imagination program puts children at the heart of a fun, immersive experience. Designed for ages 0–5, it helps them learn key swimming strokes, water safety, and core aquatic skills through exciting quests and activities.
Guided by our expert Swimvincibles, every child embarks on a unique swimming adventure tailored to their needs, building a lifelong love of water.

Meet The Swimvincibles
Meet the Swimvincibles, a Team of swimming superheroes on a mission to help children gain a lifelong skill. They will be your little one’s guide to explore the Oceans of Imagination, earning treasures and swimming awards along the way.
They’ve ventured from their magical islands to bring water confidence, share their swimming skills and love of the water with children through fun adventures and play. With their unique set of skills and distinct personalities, their stories inspire children to become Swimvincible.
Pearl
Our baby swimvincible
Pearl is our youngest Swimvincible and keen to learn everything. For our littlest water babies below the age of 1, they’ll join Pearl’s Team to learn key skills, water safety and confidence through purposeful play, singing and repetition.
Saffi
Water Safety Officer
Saffi is our Water Safety Officer and is always shining a light on the importance of being safe in and around water at Lighthouse Lagoon. With her bustling energy, little ones aged around 1 to 2 years old will join her Team to progress their swimming skills and learn new strokes.
Echo
Head of Scientific Research
Echo is our Head of Scientific Research. He will teach toddlers around 2 to 3 years of age all the physical, emotional and cognitive benefits swimming can bring. He’ll be on hand to educate and excite swimmers in his Team to continue achieving their lesson outcomes.
Sculli
Head of Core Aquatic Skills
Sculli is our Head of Core Aquatic Skills, she’s always gliding around Floating Forest ready to educate new swimmers she meets. She’ll support children around 3 to 4 years old to perfect their rotation, floating and breathing skills in lessons to grow their water confidence.
Finn
Chief Swim Co-ordinator
Finn is our Chief Swim Co-Ordinator, ready to teach our 4 to 5 year old learners to be swimming superstars. Living on Cloudfish Cove, he’ll ensure all the Water Babies Treasures have been collected for children to graduate and become a Swimvincible!

Program FAQs
Our Water Babies world, Oceans of Imagination, is an immersive swimming experience where little ones learn a skill for life. You’ll be guided by our team of Swimvincibles, on your own, individual swimming adventure. Every Team (Class Level) will be led by one of our swimming superheroes, The Swimvincibles. They’ll work towards progressing key swimming skills and collecting Water Babies Treasures along the way, with their Swimvincible leading the way. This includes everything from badges and stickers to certificates, highlighting your little one’s achievements as they travel through our program.
Teams are what we call our class levels. They represent where your little one is in their swimming journey with Water Babies, and what kinds of skills they are working on, with our littlest water babies starting with Team Pearl, and our big water babies swimming in Team Finn.
There are five Swimvincible Teams in total, and you’ll progress through a team in a year.
The Swimvincibles are a team of swimming superstars, who head up our swim Teams (Class Levels) at Water Babies. They’ll inspire and guide your little one through their swimming journey with us. Starting with Pearl for our new baby classes through to Saffi, Echo, Sculli, and finally Finn, as you head for independent swimming!
Joining a team is done mainly by age (but at times we will consider your child’s level of experience). Whether its Team Pearl, Saffi, Echo, Sculli or Finn, your local office will pick the class that is just right for your child’s level of development.
Mystery Island weeks are a chance to have extra fun and let imaginations run wild! We have few sprinkled through the year as special events in class, with a chance to get involved in a themed lessons such as Water Safety Week and Holiday themed lessons.
Water Babies badges are awarded at special celebratory Island badge weeks planned into our swimming calendar. There are three spread out evenly throughout each swimming year, which are collected on the way to achieving each Team Swimvincible badge.
Generally, you’ll get four Water Babies badges per year! There are three Island badges (Cloudfish Cove, Lighthouse Lagoon and Floating Forest) spread out evenly throughout a swimming year, which are collected on the way to achieving each Team Swimvincible badge.
Your Journey through Oceans of Imagination
As you progress through our magical Oceans of Imagination world with The Swimvincibles, you’ll visit mystical islands to collect Water Babies treasures and swimming awards.
